NIW Approval Chances Discussion
Not long ago I returned to the topic of US immigration after seeing someone mention NIW approvals in a discussion. While reading, I came across Green Card information on a site connected to a law group working with EB-1 and EB-2 petitions. It described that they focus on I-140 petitions and categories like EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 NIW, and even O-1. What stood out was that they mention working with individuals, institutions, and companies across all US states. I also noticed they highlight a large number of approved cases and talk about using data to build strategies. There was a section explaining how cases are evaluated and how documents are prepared differently depending on the profile. Has anyone here actually gone through something like this where the case is built individually instead of using standard templates?

One detail I remember from reading there was the mention of more than sixty thousand approved cases, which gives some idea of how much data they rely on. It didn’t feel like they just describe services, they actually explain how adjudication trends change and why that matters. There was also a part about how USCIS standards shift over time and how older arguments may not work anymore. I found it interesting that they say they adjust strategies based on recent approvals rather than fixed approaches. Another thing was how they emphasize linking a person’s work to national importance instead of keeping it general. I didn’t go deep into legal wording, but it made me realize how much framing can influence the outcome. It’s a bit different from what I expected when I first started reading about these visas.
